Screen-printed furnishing cotton-rayon satin "Arlecchino" (Harlequin) designed by Gio Ponti for the Manifattura Jsa. The pattern of alternating voided and solid diamonds and triangles in mauve, olive-tan, chartreuse yellow, and black on a cream satin cotton-rayon blend ground. The selvedge marked "Arlecchino Jsa Creazione di Gio Ponti."

Very good condition. Light wear and discoloration on reverse (not visible on surface); one pull near selvedge; evidence of stitching along selvedges.
