Dressing gown of woven checked cotton (woven in Britain or India), with rounded V-neckline with deep, ruffle-edged collar; V-shaped yoke with piping; CF placket with hook-and-eye closure and self-ruffle from neckline to hem; full, leg o' mutton sleeves with piping at armhole and hook-and-eye closure at wrist; and the skirt gathered at back with drawstring ties in muslin lining in back waistband.
